Application:
Solvent extraction plant uses extraction equipment to extract the essence from herb. It is widely used in traditional Chinese medicine, plant, food, biological, light industry. It has functions of extraction, warm soaking, heat reflux, forced circulation, percolation, distillation of aromatic oil and organic solvent recovery (alcohol, ethanol, hexane, etc.).
Structure:
It consists of extraction tank, tubular heater, evaporator, condenser, cooler, oil-water separator, oil collector, herb liquid pump, metering tank, liquid storage tank, filter, vacuum pump, slag door pneumatic control system, electric control cabinet and other components. A defoamer is provided in the steam outlets at the top of the evaporator and the extraction tank. Users who have no steam generator can be equipped with a heat transfer oil heating system.
Features:
1. It can be equipped with heat reflux extraction, concentration, normal extraction, concentration, water precipitation (alcohol ), and percolation.
2. It can work under negative pressure, normal pressure and positive pressure. It can be adapted to water extraction, alcohol extraction or solvent extraction, and meets pharmaceutical GMP and food HACCP requirements. The water extraction can be cooled to a low temperature of 40 °C, which is suitable for extraction and concentration of low temperature fresh products.
3. It is especially suitable for the extraction and concentration of precious herbs, or the low temperature extraction and concentration of plant fresh products. It can also be used in animal and marine organism extraction and concentration, such as bone soup, kelp juice, chili oil, mushroom juice, powder and so on. Aromatic substances can also be extracted, such as fresh osmanthus oil.
